About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys combining hands-on analysis with people leadership.

Reporting to the Principal Business Analyst, you'll lead a team of 4 Business Analysts, coaching and developing them while partnering with Product, Technology and business stakeholders to shape opportunities, influence decision-making and deliver strategic change. You'll work across a varied portfolio of initiatives, ensuring solutions are rooted in genuine business needs and aligned to our wider goals.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and developing a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
• Partnering with stakeholders across Product, Technology and Operations to understand challenges, identify opportunities and shape solutions.
• Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and translating business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Leading discovery activities, options analysis and business case development to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring initiatives remain aligned to business priorities, customer needs and expected benefits.
• Supporting delivery teams through analysis, refinement, testing and implementation.
• Championing Business Analysis best practice and helping to develop the wider BA community.

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for solving problems and driving positive change.

You'll bring:

• Significant Business Analysis experience within a complex, customer-focused environment.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing Business Analysts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, user story development and backlog refinement.
• The ability to shape opportunities, assess options and build evidence-based business cases.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Experience within retail, digital, omnichannel or customer-focused organisations would be particularly beneficial.
