  • A qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales with a current practising certificate and 5+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong experience in commercial legal advisory work, ideally within an in-house environment
  • Experience advising on insurance law and/or reinsurance contracts would be highly desirable
  • Knowledge or experience relating to AI governance and the implementation of AI software would be beneficial

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • Commitment to developing others and contributing positively to the wider Legal team

What we offer

Our benefits package includes:

  • 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • holiday purchase scheme
  • enhanced pension scheme (up to 10.5%)

  • employee discounts platform
  • two days volunteer leave
  • enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption leave and pay for all new parents

+ many more!
