In this role, you’ll work with stakeholders at all levels to shape and deliver clear, engaging messages for the business. Bringing your creative flair and strong web-writing expertise, you’ll develop compelling content across a range of formats, including blogs, infographics, videos, articles and podcasts. You’ll coordinate group-wide communications by bringing together input from Internal Communications Business Partners, Change Consultants and subject matter experts, while also advising stakeholders on channel selection, timing and messaging to ensure communications effectively support business objectives. You’ll also plan, draft and deliver operational internal communications aligned to local and corporate plans, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality and regulatory standards.

About you

You’re an experienced communications professional with a strong background in digital content creation and publishing, confident working across a range of channels to engage diverse audiences. You bring excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with particular strength in producing clear, compelling content for online platforms.

To join our team, you will also be.

Confident acting with a degree of autonomy, you take accountability for your work and pride yourself on delivering high‑quality outcomes that make a real difference.

At NFU Mutual, we support an inclusive workplace and value all the differences that make us unique. We celebrate the creativity and innovation that comes from diverse perspectives and experiences and share a common vision of doing the right thing for our customers and employees.
