Programme Lead, Advanced Data Fellowship

Employment type:  Full time

Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,000 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 12,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Programme Lead Role

We are looking for an exceptional people leader with a passion for the end user experience. This person will inspire and develop a team of coaches. They will use their understanding of tech and dedication to education best practices to drive outstanding outcomes for the apprentices their coaches serve.

Coaches are the heart of our organisation and are the biggest contributors to apprentice satisfaction, success, retention and completion. Our coaches have the opportunity to have a life-changing impact on our apprentices, and Programme Leads clear the way for coaches to realise this mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a large team of coaches, this person will be responsible for safely, empathetically managing this team to stellar apprentice outcomes and excellent apprentice experience.

  • Drive development of your team through observation of practice, consistent and action-focused feedback, and the co-creation of personalised development plans.

  • Work closely with your manager to provide data-derived feedback to inform programme priorities.

  • Set an exceptionally high bar for excellence for your team and holding them accountable to this. Conducting regular performance assessments in line with Multiverse’s semi-annual performance process, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback to drive growth and maintain our high bar.

  • Develop an intentional team culture in line with our values, including a culture of no surprises.

  • Ensure coaches provide an excellent apprentice experience leading to timely programme completion.

Your Background

Required

  • 3+ years of people management experience, having managed mid to large size teams (5 reports +) in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You have a track record of motivating a team and holding them accountable to key metrics. You do this through hands on people management, proactive data review and with a passion for modelling best practices

  • Results orientated with a data-driven approach. You’re comfortable using data to drive decision making and hold people accountable and achieve outstanding results.

  • Strong problem solving skills with resilience and determination to deliver results
