Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Define and communicate the product vision aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Develop product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders into the product strategy.

2. Product Development and Execution:

  • Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, domain, marketing) to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and manage resources effectively.

3. Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather insights from customers, business development teams, and industry experts.
  • Use data-driven analysis to inform product decisions.


4. Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product features.

5. Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Define metrics to measure product success and track performance.
  • Continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and market dynamics.
  • Make informed decisions about product enhancements, updates, and retirements.

6. Business Acumen:

  • Understand the B2B landscape, industry trends, and competitive forces.
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Balance short-term revenue goals with long-term strategic vision.


7. Lead and coach:

  • Set example for our more junior product managers by leading from the front with best practice, staying on top of the latest product management techniques.
  • Coach and support the wider team to achieve their product goals.
  • Contribute to and be part of the continuous evolution of our product management function.

AI Integration: In our AI-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with data scientists and engineers to infuse AI capabilities into our products. While AI adoption is the norm, your role as a Senior Product Manager will be to ensure that AI solutions align with customer needs and enhance our business value proposition. You’ll strategically leverage AI insights without making it the central focus, creating innovative, user-centric, and commercially viable products.


Candidate specification

Formal Education and Experience:

  • University degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B contexts.
  • Track record of successful product launches and client satisfaction.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic business environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • B2B software, enterprise solutions, or industrial sectors.
  • Partner management and ecosystem development.
  • Technical software background with knowledge AI desirable
