About Motorway

Motorway is the UK’s fastest-growing used car marketplace – our award winning, online-only platform connects private car sellers with over 7,500 verified dealers nationwide, who compete to offer the best price. Founded in 2017, our technology makes the process refreshingly easy, earning us an 'Excellent' Trustpilot rating with over 70,000 reviews. We're not just building a platform; we're changing how people sell cars.

Backed by leading investors like Index Ventures and ICONIQ Growth, and following a successful $190 million funding round, we're on a mission to transform the used car market.

About the team

Our work directly impacts millions of customers, making the process simpler, fairer, and more enjoyable. We're at the cutting edge of the automotive industry, using innovative product strategies to drive growth and shape the future of car buying and selling. • Work with our data team and self-serve analytics, defining success metrics and regularly monitoring and reporting on product and feature performance.

  • Lead stakeholder sessions to update on squad progress, discovery/experiment findings, and feature impact.

  • Stay on top of tech and industry trends, highlighting how we can stay ahead.

  • A desire and ability to make an impact, shown by a track record of delivering products/features with significant positive outcomes.

  • Customer-centric attitude.

  • You create amazing user experiences and understand continuous discovery, regularly engaging with users, gathering feedback, and validating assumptions.

  • Naturally analytical and fluent in data storytelling, experimentation, and analysis.

  • Appreciation for customer-centric design and best-in-class UX.

  • Passion for product management and a drive to improve ways of working. Naturally collaborative with humility.

  • Curious mindset and ability to quickly develop domain knowledge.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, clearly communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
