More about this role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Intern to support our Pastry business in Warsaw. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how production planning and operational planning processes work in a dynamic FMCG environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations while developing both technical and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time role, based in Warsaw for a duration of 9 months.

Operational planning and supply chain coordination
Data analysis and reporting in Supply Chain
Cross-functional collaboration with different business teams
Best practices in planning, forecasting, and process optimization
Technical and soft skills essential for a successful career in Supply Chain
Your responsibilities:
Support the Supply Chain and Planning teams in daily operations
Assist with production planning and operational planning activities
Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports
Help monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree graduates or final-year students in Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills required
Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL will be considered a strong advantage
Advanced level of English, fluent Polish
Good communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
