More about this role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Intern to support our Pastry business in Warsaw. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how production planning and operational planning processes work in a dynamic FMCG environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations while developing both technical and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time role, based in Warsaw for a duration of 9 months.

• Data analysis and reporting in Supply Chain

• Cross-functional collaboration with different business teams

• Best practices in planning, forecasting, and process optimization

• Technical and soft skills essential for a successful career in Supply Chain

Your responsibilities:

• Support the Supply Chain and Planning teams in daily operations

• Assist with production planning and operational planning activities

• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports

• Help monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree graduates or final-year students in Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL will be considered a strong advantage

• Advanced level of English, fluent Polish

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
