The Demand Planning & Fulfilment (DP&F) Junior Analyst supports demand planning and fulfilment activities across the European Expansion Business (EEB) market. EEB operates in a multinational environment, covering multiple countries across Europe, where the team ensures product availability and supports our customers’ needs across diverse markets and channels. The role contributes to maintaining correct stock levels for assigned SKUs, brands, and categories, supports service level targets, and participates in the IBP monthly cycle and S&OE weekly process.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Contribute to the IBP demand management cycle, including forecast compilation, weekly planning, and long-term forecasting at SKU, brand, and category level.
  • Independently manage demand planning activities for assigned portfolio, ensuring forecast quality and timely updates.
  • Support demand fulfilment activities to ensure product availability and service level targets across EEB markets.
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships with Supply Hub Planners, Order to Cash, and Commercial Teams.
  • Participate in and support the Pre-LDR (Local Demand Review) meeting led by the DP&F team, and join the LDR meeting.
  • Monitor and report on forecast accuracy and customer service KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support identification of production planning issues and conduct root cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
  • Participate in managing ageing stock, waste risks, and fulfilment exception handling.
  • Apply statistical forecast inputs provided by the SAC system and modelling team to support planning decisions.
  • Maintain master data accuracy across planning systems and Excel-based planning files.
  • Create, update, and maintain internal tools, planning files, and reporting templates to support team efficiency.
  • Support the S&OE weekly process by monitoring short-term supply and demand signals and flagging potential risks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and cross-functional partners.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Supply chain experience or education in demand planning, replenishment, logistics, or order to cash.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload in a dynamic, fast-paced multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with FMCG or consumer packaged goods environment is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI, experience with SAP or planning systems is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful, action-oriented conclusions.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling effective day-to-day communication in an international team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets across multiple SKUs and categories.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving approach, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Experience or genuine interest in working within a multinational, cross-cultural team environment.
