You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.

How you will contribute

You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze fabriek veilig (cyber), stabiel (continuïteit) en slim (automatisering) draait.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Je bent de technische autoriteit die OT‑systemen beveiligt, automatisering optimaliseert en productie‑IT naadloos integreert.

Beveiliging van productiesystemen (OT Security)

• Je beschermt PLC’s, SCADA, MES en DCS tegen cyberdreigingen.
• Je voert vulnerability scans uit op industriële netwerken.
• Je automatiseert beveiligingstaken via Python‑ of Go‑scripts.

Automatisering & softwareoptimalisatie

• Je ontwerpt, implementeert en onderhoudt software voor geautomatiseerde systemen.
• Je optimaliseert procesflows en verhoogt efficiëntie via slimme automatisering.
• Je beheert PLC‑programmering en SCADA‑configuraties.

Systeemintegratie

• Je koppelt machines en derdepartij‑apparatuur aan centrale plant‑automatisering.
• Je zorgt voor stabiele OT‑IT‑integratie en veilige netwerkarchitecturen.
• Je bewaakt datadeling tussen systemen zoals MES, SCADA en ERP.

Compliance & audit‑readiness

• Je zorgt dat systemen voldoen aan GMP‑normen en andere industriële standaarden.
• Je maakt automatisering audit‑proof en borgt documentatie.

Incident response & troubleshooting

• Je reageert snel op storingen in automatisering die productie beïnvloeden.
• Je leidt technische analyses en implementeert duurzame oplossingen.

Leidinggeven & change management

• Je stuurt technische teams en externe partners aan bij upgrades en installaties.
• Je begeleidt change‑trajecten en borgt adoptie van nieuwe systemen.
• Je bewaakt de roadmap voor software‑ en systeemmodernisering.

Ervaring

• Ervaring met OT‑automatisering, industriële software en cyberbeveiliging.
• Kennis van PLC’s, SCADA, MES, industriële netwerken en scripting.
• Sterk analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend denken
• Ervaring met GMP, compliance en audit‑vereisten.
• Leiderschap, communicatieve kracht en een proactieve mindset.
• De drive om productie slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter te maken.
