The Product Business Analyst Role within the MDS Sales Execution DX Tower will be responsible for analyzing market needs, product features design and managing the delivery of product features using Agile framework. This role will be responsible for product deployment in a market including documenting and refining user stories backlog in JIRA, documenting test scripts in Qtest and leading UAT, driving release SIT and hyper care.

How you will contribute

  • Own the detailed design and deployment of product features as well as the ongoing adoption metrics for the product
  • Support TPO and Regional DX team in the feasibility evaluation of product features in markets, requirement analysis, business case and technical design with MDLZ Enterprise Architects and solution vendors
  • Partner with the MDS DX Regional Teams and MDS BU Teams on all stages of the product lifecycle - idea to AR approval, implementation and sustaining through BAU operations
  • Document and refine user stories backlog in JIRA, document test scripts in Qtest and plan and lead UAT, drive release SIT and hyper care
  • Work with Release team for planning, execution and monitoring product releases and test preparation in qTest for each Sprint and Release
  • Identify and manage solution dependencies with other products and engage with Integration Lead to understand the impact on middleware components
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, review, retrospectives, daily stand ups, SIT/UAT reviews, hypercare tracking etc
  • Support PM in managing project status, project financials, TGM/Hybrid Agile tollgate tracking to complete agreed deliverables as per timeline

What you need to know about this position:

  • Good understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts including key principles
  • Understanding of different Agile frameworks with focus on Kanban and Scrum incl. Scrum activities/events, artefacts and key roles/responsibilities in this framework
  • Experience in managing requirements based on epics/user stories and knowledge of best practices and frameworks that can be utilized in this space
  • Experience with facilitating backlog refinement sessions of cross functional teams, translating business requirements and processes into flow-charts and delivery team user stories mapped onto the technical solution stack
  • Understanding of business processes and the role of Sales Force Automation products in Sales Execution
  • Knowledge and experience in usage of collaboration and test management tools (JIRA/qTest) would be an advantage
  • Good general understanding of business processes in FMCG/CPG company; Excellent English written and spoken
  • Strong in Problem Solving, analytical and collaboration skills to work with colleagues in different markets and regions.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal, written and cross cultural
  • A collaborative approach, including effective conflict management
  • Strong focus on user experience, building high-quality and scalable innovations and services.
