Job Description

Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Matter.

As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for our Manufacturing and Supply Chain function, you will hold a visible, high-impact leadership role at the heart of our regional talent strategy. This is a strategic leadership role that blends people leadership, business partnering, and project management to maximise how we attract, engage, and hire world-class talent, with an engaged and motivated high performing team.

How you will contribute

Business Partnering

You will serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, embedding TA deeply into business decision-making.

  • Functional business partner as a visible and trusted talent advisor to key leaders (PL and Functional leads) — understand their strategic workforce priorities, anticipate hiring needs, and co-create talent strategies that directly support business objectives. Use data to shape the agenda – sharing external insights to support strategy. Being the advocate and escalation point for business feedback.

  • Talent pipelining and planning — be a lead in the maintenance of our functional pipelines, ensuring that our pipelines are aligned to business requirement and are delivered on plan.

  • Reporting – build, generate and maintain reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

  • Drive hiring manager capability —equip leaders with the tools, training, and confidence to be effective partners in the recruitment process (interviewing skills, candidate experience, inclusive hiring practices). Leading the Licence to Recruit training to our leaders and hiring teams.

  • Manage expectations proactively — provide regular, transparent updates on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and market conditions, ensuring stakeholders are informed and confident in the TA function's delivery.

Leadership

This role demands a leader who inspires, develops, and empowers others to deliver exceptional results.

  • Build and lead a high-performing team — set a compelling vision for the team, foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and create an environment where people thrive

  • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports through regular feedback, development planning, and career conversations — unlocking individual potential and building future TA leaders

  • Drive performance excellence — set clear expectations, monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and SLAs, and take decisive action to address gaps and recognise high performance

  • Lead through change — act as a visible champion of transformation, guiding your team through new ways of working with empathy, resilience, and a growth mindset

  • Model leadership behaviours — demonstrate integrity, inclusivity, and a passion for talent that sets the tone for the wider TA community

  • Cultivate team engagement — proactively manage team wellbeing, motivation, and morale, ensuring sustained high performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Talent management — identify, attract, and retain top talent within your own team, building a robust succession pipeline

E-TALT (Extended TA Leadership Team)

  • Be an active member of the E-Talt community. Lead, participate and drive delivery on projects on a local, global and regional basis.

  • Represent the UK&I TA Team as a visible and vocal representative of the Team – sharing updates and initiatives to a wider audience in People and TA forums.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:

    • A passionate people leader —about coaching, mentoring, and developing others

    • Exceptional relationship management skills with a client-centric mindset

    • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from hiring managers to senior functional leaders

    • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable leading through ambiguity and change

    Analytical & Operational Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insight and insight into action

    • Experience managing performance through SLAs, KPIs, and metrics-driven frameworks

    • Excellent process management capability — able to design, implement, and optimise end-to-end workflows

    • Proficiency with TA technology (ATS, CRM, case management tools, reporting/analytics platforms)
