You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How you will contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

Food Safety & Sanitation Assistant

Verantwoordelijkheden

Als Food Safety & Sanitation Assistant ben je een belangrijke schakel in het kwaliteitsteam. Je werkt mee aan de continue verbetering van de voedselveiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat onze producten, de omgeving en het HACCP-systeem voldoen aan de hoogste eisen.

Voedselveiligheid:

  • Deelnemen aan interne audits (AIB, 5S, traceerbaarheid).
  • Assisteren bij de evaluatie van voedselveiligheidsrisico's en bijbehorende controles.
  • Meewerken aan het allergenenmanagement (reiniging, procedures, validaties, preventie van contaminatie).
  • Beheren van het "extraneaous matter control plan" en ondersteunen van het systeem voor vreemde voorwerpen.
  • Escaleren van non-conformiteiten en voorstellen van verbeteringen.
  • Opvolgen van microbiologische analyses en rapporteren van resultaten.

HACCP:

  • Deel uitmaken van het HACCP-team en zorgen voor updates van het systeem (implementatie, bewaking en registratie).
  • Waarborgen van de adequaatheid van het HACCP-systeem.
  • Verificatie van het systeem en implementatie van nieuwe QP’s en wetswijzigingen.
  • Opstellen en geven van specifieke HACCP-opleidingen (GMP/CCP/sPP).
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van HACCP sPP-/CCP-validaties.

Veevoeder:

  • Behouden van het FCA-veevoeder certificaat.
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van procedures m.b.t. veevoeder (GMP/FCA).
  • Implementeren van wijzigingen in wetgeving.
  • Opvolgen van interne en externe klachten.

Opleidingen:

  • Opstellen, organiseren en opvolgen van food safety opleidingen in samenwerking met de opleidingsdienst.

Sanitation:

  • Toepassen en opvolgen van wijzigingen op vlak van reiniging en zorgen voor terugkoppeling en borging.

Food Safety Culture:

  • Beheren van het QOS-gebeuren.
  • Beheren van het Heroes-systeem samen met veiligheid.

Ervaring

  • Een wetenschappelijke Bachelor of Master opleiding.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de voedingssector (ISO, HACCP, IFS, BRC, voedselveiligheid- en systeem audits).
  • Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels (gesproken en geschreven).
