Ensuring an efficient end-to-end fulfillment process from demand planning through to customer delivery.
Proactive problem-solving to prevent supply chain disruptions and achieve service level targets through cost-optimized planning.
How you will contribute
You will be:
- Ensuring full transparency over the fulfillment status of the assigned product portfolio
- Ensuring an efficient and seamless order flow to meet customer demand
- Identifying and resolving fulfillment issues as well as eliminating supply chain bottlenecks
- Accurate communication of order quantities to the relevant warehouse locations. Ensuring correct and timely communication regarding supply shortages based on daily and weekly service reports. The position holder acts as an interface between local teams (e.g., Demand Planning and Goods Flow) and external partners such as Supply Hubs and Load Control Centers.
- Ensuring optimal inventory levels and their proactive monitoring.
- Achieving waste targets through cross-functional management of residual shelf-life inventory, master data management and system administration (e.g., SAP APO), and execution of the donation process in compliance with local guidelines.
- Knowing the ethical and legal regulations, provisions, and responsibilities of the position and acts accordingly.
What you will bring

- strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their interdependencies.
- 4–6 years of experience in operational CS&L or other relevant areas
- relevant completed vocational training or relevant completed vocational training plus additional qualification / certified specialist or university degree.
- knowledge and experience in SAP ECC, SAP APO, and SAP SNP
- analytical abilities
- collaborative team player: excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- proactivity and open minded-ness
- fluent in German, good command of English
The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 54.000,00 -- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
