As part of the Mondelēz International Digital Services division, you have global responsibility for a specific discipline that may include partnering with leaders in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc. You lead a team that delivers best-in-class service and value creation to their clients and that always strives for operational excellence.

How you will contribute

You will work with others, including C-Suite and other senior personnel, to define the experience direction. In addition, you will design and re-engineer processes to ensure customer-focused delivery of services and ensure that value is delivered by using performance metrics and analysis.

Enterprise Transformation & Change Leadership

  • Lead the transformation of Mondelēz into a more data governance-friendly organization—shifting mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working across markets and functions.
  • Design and execute a multi-year change and adoption strategy that makes governance accessible, relevant, and embraced by the business.
  • Bring a human-centered approach to governance transformation—meeting people where they are and making the case for governance in business language.

Storytelling, Communication & Engagement

  • Develop and deliver compelling governance narratives, communications, and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences—from C-suite to operational teams.
  • Craft the "why" behind governance in ways that connect to business outcomes, growth, and risk—not just compliance.
  • Engage at senior and executive levels across markets, functions, and regions to build sponsorship, momentum, and accountability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Mondelēz senior stakeholders—translating governance ambition into stories of impact and progress.

Senior Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across the Mondelēz matrix.
  • Facilitate governance conversations, decision-making forums, and steering groups—securing alignment and removing blockers.
  • Influence without authority across a complex, matrixed organization with diverse priorities and cultures.

EDGE Team Transformation & Management Support

  • Drive the transformation and continuous improvement of the EDGE team itself—ways of working, capability uplift, and operating rhythm.
  • Support the Senior Director, Data Governance in the day-to-day leadership and management of the EDGE team.
  • Help set team priorities, coach team members, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.

KPI Framework, Maturity Assessment & Reporting

  • Own the governance KPI framework—defining the measures that demonstrate governance value, adoption, and impact.
  • Design and execute maturity assessments across the enterprise, tracking progress against clear baselines and targets.
  • Produce evidence-driven reporting and insight packs for senior leadership—enabling steering decisions and investment prioritization.
  • Translate data into narrative: make governance progress visible, understandable, and actionable for executive audiences.

Horizon Scanning & Industry Engagement

  • Continuously scan for emerging governance transformation practices, innovation, change methodologies, and CPG/FMCG benchmarks.
  • Represent Mondelēz externally in industry forums and peer networks; bring outside-in perspectives to accelerate the transformation.

Required experiance:

  • Consulting background essential: Significant experience in a top-tier management consultancy or Big 4 advisory practice, with a focus on transformation, change management, or data/digital strategy.
  • Proven track record driving enterprise-scale transformation and change adoption in complex, matrixed global organizations (FMCG/CPG experience highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated success engaging, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders—including C-suite, regional presidents, and functional leaders—across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
  • Experience in storytelling, executive communication, and building compelling change narratives.
  • Track record designing KPI frameworks, maturity models, and evidence-driven reporting for senior audiences.
  • Experience supporting team leadership and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 6.750€ gross plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
