Overview

Join our team and lead the AI transformation for our customers. Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team helps customers on their digital and AI journey. We create new possibilities with our customers, delivering solutions that generate business outcomes and growth for Microsoft. You will collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify, design, and accelerate the most valuable digital and AI initiatives that align with your customer’s business goals.

Together with a Strategic Account Executive, and your diverse, multi-functional virtual-team across the Microsoft product portfolio and Partner offerings, you will expand your network of technology and business leaders within your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help them adopt and use digital and AI technologies. You will have an executive presence in senior stakeholder engagement across lines of business and an enterprise-level approach to transformation strategy. With a proven track record of creating and delivering solutions that achieve customers’ business transformation and account growth targets, this role will enable you to leverage your solution and industry knowledge to advance your customer’s digital vision.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A keen interest in technology demonstrated by your wide and deep technical knowledge - likely from working in Enterprise Architecture or the CTO office and with a solid foundation in core technologies
  • Experience of identifying government business and technology challenges and creating solutions that use various technologies
  • A strategic planning approach that connects activity to long-term goals and outcomes while delivering incremental benefits
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills to learn, build trust and challenge
  • A history of success based on collaboration and coordination of virtual-teams

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can succeed at work and beyond.

This role is flexible in location, allowing for remote work and with an expectation of up to 50% on customer site (Telford, London).
