The Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery organisation is focused on helping our customers digitise their processes, optimize their operations, engage with citizens in new ways, empower their employees and create new/products and services. The Industry Solutions Delivery Consulting Account Executive role plays a key part in driving and helping organisations change. Possessing a passion for understanding the key challenges, problems and questions our customers are trying to address, and bringing to bare our capabilities to meet these challenges. This specific role will be focused on some of our most strategic customers across Financial Services.

This role offers incredible opportunity to be creative, customer focused and help drive business impact that can transform organisations.

We are looking for self-motivated and creative individuals to help us drive ‘make the market’ value propositions, help our customers define change programs to help navigate their journey to the cloud and digitalisation and drive the value of our cloud platforms.

The successful candidate will be an innovative individual with a strategic outlook. They will have demonstrable experience in consulting sales. Experience in profiling and driving new business, collaborating with teams on complex and challenging customers, will balance clarity with original thinking in an effort to deliver impact and improve our customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Achievement of sales metrics and growth targets.

Building high quality and diverse piepline in partnership with the broader Microsoft Account Team.

Customer Centric; understand your customers, key opportunities and problems that we can help address through Microsoft centric programmes of change.

Engaged in strategic business development, prospecting, positioning through to deal closure.

Create a clear business development plan for your territory that identifies the key propositions you wish to focus on, the stakeholders to target and how you leverage the wider organisation to support you.

Navigate and Collaborate with the wider stakeholders within Microsoft, to drive greater impact for our customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing and/or driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working with Financial Services customers preferable
  • Track record of selling large transformation programmes of work
