Microsoft’s Industry Solution Delivery Business Excellence team is seeking Business Program Managers. The Business Excellence team enables AI-first consulting services across the pre-sales and delivery lifecycle, acting as trusted advisors to Industry Solutions Delivery leadership across Regions and Areas, driving AI-first operational excellence, business performance, pursuit, partner engagement, delivery methodology, tools, field activation and capability growth. Together, we expand Microsoft’s footprint and accelerate Commercial Cloud growth.

As a Business Program Manager, you identify opportunities to build and enhance programs, define measurable success criteria, and drive clear communication and stakeholder alignment. You manage core program operations including project plans, timelines, financials, performance metrics, and system‑impact analysis, while evaluating value drivers and conducting cost‑benefit assessments. You influence organizational direction, support shifting priorities, accelerate adoption of strategic initiatives, and act as a product evangelist by tailoring messaging to key audiences to deliver measurable impact.

At Microsoft, our mission—to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more—guides how we partner with customers to deliver trusted, impactful solutions. With a growth mindset culture, we innovate responsibly and measure success by shared progress—people, teams, and customers. Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.
