This opportunity sits within our Customer Delivery organization, supporting one of our key global automotive clients. You will have direct impact on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all internal teams and external partners involved in the customer’s supply chain.

  • Receive customer requirements, document them clearly, and communicate them internally.

  • Oversee the full program operations, which may include automotive parts, finished vehicles, and potential new business lines.

  • Act as the escalation point for operational topics and ensure progress across all action items.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and long‑term value creation for the customer.

  • Prepare presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various seniority levels.

  • Work independently while maintaining a strategic view of the customer’s program and business growth opportunities.

Who we are looking for

Essential Skills

  • Background in supply chain and/or international trade.

  • Experience in customer service within logistics or related operations.

  • Experience coordinating projects or multi‑stakeholder initiatives.

  • Strong documentation and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with detail while keeping a strategic perspective.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory).

  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Experience leading people (directly or indirectly).

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or other analytical tools.

  • Prior experience working with automotive accounts.
