What you'll bring to the team

We want friendly, confident team members who enjoy engaging with guests and keeping the experience fun.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across our retail areas.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and stock standards.
• Prioritise food safety and follow company policies.
• Upsell products and support in-store promotions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• At The London Dungeon: serve in our themed bar — cocktails, pints, and an immersive guest experience.
• And above all… help create fun, memorable moments every day.

Personal qualities we look for:

• Confident with high guest volumes
• Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
• Able to multitask in a lively, themed environment

Qualifications & Experience

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

You must also:

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures
• Take responsibility for your own and others’ safety
• Report incidents and work safely at all times

GBP £13.49/Hr.
