Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are gearing up for our 2026 Season, and we are looking for Events and Experiences Host to join the team!

As an Events and Experiences Host (formerly VIP Host), you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality events within our conference centre, as well as hosting engaging and interactive on-park experiences such as animal encounters, rides, and behind-the-scenes tours.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with enthusiasm and energy who place exceptional guest interactions at the heart of everything they do. Strong communication skills are essential, both when working with colleagues and engaging with guests, along with a friendly, positive, and professional approach at all times. As the role often involves hosting high-profile guests, maintaining professionalism and respect throughout every interaction is key.

You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the confidence to make decisions and communicate clearly with guests and staff in a fast-paced but enjoyable environment.

The role also involves confidently promoting and selling experiences to guests and, following training on our till systems, completing transactions accurately. For candidates with a full driving licence, the role may include driving our modified Land Rover to help guests explore the Wanyama Reserve, so confidence behind the wheel and a strong focus on safety are essential.

Day to day this role will include:

• Host engaging and informative animal encounters and behind-the-scenes ride experiences
• Guide groups around the park on Ultimate Day Out experiences
• Prepare conference suites for both in-house and external events
• Promote and upsell experiences to enhance revenue
• Deliver hotel packages to guests at our on-site hotels

Qualifications & Experience

We need you to come with a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team especially in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests!

• Previous experience in a customer facing role
• Over 18 years old
• Full UK Manual Driving License (preferred)

Pay Range

From GBP £8.00/Hr.
