What you'll bring to the team
Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Any UK or EU Gateway attraction / office
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to support the GTM Director in delivering targeted paid media strategies across our brands and attractions. You will manage and optimise campaigns across PPC, Meta, display, and programmatic advertising, driving traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will plan, execute, and refine campaigns that deliver measurable results.
You will assist in implementing paid media strategies, manage budgets and bids, and oversee campaign planning with agencies. Monitoring and reporting on performance, you will provide insights to optimise CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, lead A/B testing, and refine ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Collaboration is key, working with SEO/GEO, social, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with objectives and brand guidelines. You will stay up-to-date on industry trends, supporting the GTM Director with ideas to continuously improve campaigns and maximise customer engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in Paid Media campaign management, with a key focus on driving performance and ROI.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta with experience in managing ad platforms and budgets.
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Experience in the travel, entertainment, or leisure industry is a plus, along with familiarity in managing international campaigns across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
