Digital Performance Manager
Location: Any UK based site/attraction
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried
We are seeking a Digital Performance Manager to deliver improvements in conversion, revenue, SEO performance, and overall guest experience across Merlin’s digital platforms. As a platform expert, you will diagnose issues, collaborate on solutions, and identify new opportunities to unlock value. Working cross-functionally with Direct Sales, Product, CRM, Marketing, Technology, and external partners, you will ensure alignment, feasibility, and commercial impact, while contributing to best practices across performance and optimisation.
