Digital Performance Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

We are seeking a Digital Performance Manager to deliver improvements in conversion, revenue, SEO performance, and overall guest experience across Merlin’s digital platforms. As a super-user of eCommerce platforms, you will use data, insight, and experimentation to shape and deliver a pipeline of high-impact optimisations and enhancements aligned to commercial priorities. You will define and manage a roadmap of optimisation initiatives, translating commercial needs into clear requirements for Product and Tech teams, and ensuring all changes are validated through testing and measurable performance impact. Leading A/B and multivariate testing, you will embed experimentation into key launches and use results to inform platform and roadmap decisions. Monitoring key performance metrics, you will identify opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, traffic quality, and SEO visibility, working closely with insights teams to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations. As a platform expert, you will diagnose issues, collaborate on solutions, and identify new opportunities to unlock value. Working cross-functionally with Direct Sales, Product, CRM, Marketing, Technology, and external partners, you will ensure alignment, feasibility, and commercial impact, while contributing to best practices across performance and optimisation.
