Senior Transformation Analyst
Location: London, Arbor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried
We are seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving the performance and success of global transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director of the Transformation Management Office, you will lead on financial planning, benefits realisation, and value tracking across a portfolio of strategic programmes.
In this role, you will develop and embed robust frameworks, methodologies, and governance to ensure a consistent and disciplined approach to change. You will partner closely with Finance, IT PMOs, and senior business leaders to ensure programmes deliver measurable outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial planning, modelling, and performance tracking across transformation programmes
- Defining and implementing benefits management frameworks and reporting standards
- Producing executive dashboards and delivering data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
- Driving governance, compliance, and best practice across the transformation portfolio
- Supporting continuous improvement through enhanced tools, templates, and methodologies
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with strategic influence to maximise business value.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong experience in financial analysis, business case development, and benefits realisation within transformation or change environments
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience working in PMO/TMO or portfolio delivery settings
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Solid understanding of governance and reporting frameworks
Desirable:
- Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or Lean methodologies
Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CFA)
Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and commercial acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Detail-focused, results-driven, and collaborative
