Retail Host Location: SEA LIFE Manchester, Barton Square Bridge, Trafford Centre Manchester, M17 8AS Hours: Weekends - Saturday & Sunday Contract type: Fixed term Are you looking for a part-time, seasonal job that’s full of FUN? Fancy working where sharks and sea turtles watch on as you go about your daily work? Working here feels pretty outstanding and our retail team are fizzing with fun and a vital ingredient in ensuring guests’ experiences end in a fin-tastic fashion! Therefore, we’re looking for a Retail Host who strives for the best, is guest focused, and not afraid to swim upstream. You’ll be working out on the front-line within the attraction, welcoming, greeting, interacting with, and helping our guests at every opportunity, ensuring they get the absolute most from their visit. You’ll be ensuring our retail shop is fully stocked, cleaned and ensuring every guest leaves our attraction with a smile. Whatever the role, you will find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction, ensuring our guests have a jaw-some experience with us. This is a weekend, fixed term position. All our seasonal roles are offered on a flexible 5 minimum guaranteed hours per week, as availability of work may vary throughout the season.

Qualifications & Experience

• You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
• Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
• Have excellent communication skills
• Fun, dynamic and friendly personality
• Available to work weekends and bank holidays
