Retail Assistant
Location: LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester Barton Square The Trafford Centre Manchester, Greater Manchester M17 8AS
Hours: Rotational shifts with the earliest start being 8am, and the latest finish being 8pm. Part time role (with opportunities to pick up more shifts across the summer holidays)
Contract Type: Seasonal / fixed end date

Core Responsibilities
Create unforgettable first impressionsBe the friendly face of LEGO® — welcoming every guest with energy, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm. You’ll set the tone for an exceptional in-store experience from the moment they arrive.
Keep the magic alive on the shop floorHelp maintain a clean, safe, and visually inspiring store environment. From eye-catching displays to spotless surroundings, you’ll make sure everything reflects the creativity and quality of the LEGO® brand.
Be a stockroom superheroSupport the smooth running of our stockroom operations — receiving deliveries, organising products, and keeping everything running safely and efficiently behind the scenes.
Solve problems with a smileHelp guests with queries or concerns, always aiming to turn challenges into positive experiences. And when needed, you’ll partner with the Duty Manager to find the best solution.
Engage, connect, and inspireBuild genuine connections with guests, bringing the LEGO® experience to life through conversation and play. You’ll also promote and encourage participation in our LEGO® loyalty programme.
