At Peppa Pig World of Play, our Guest Experience Leads help support the team that creates memorable experiences for all the families that visit our attraction! This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership role where you’ll learn how to lead in a fun, fast-paced environment — with support from experienced supervisors and managers every step of the way.

We are seeking a passionate and dependable individual who enjoys working with children and families and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, and will consistently deliver friendly, energetic, and professional service. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a safe, engaging experience for every guest are key to success in this role.

You’ll never be expected to figure things out alone. We work as a team, and our leaders are always there to support you!

Qualifications & Experience

💥 What You’ll Do

• Help support the Guest Experience team during daily operations
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
• Manage the operation as the manager on duty when assigned.
