What you'll bring to the team

Lead the Fun at LEGOLAND® Discovery Center!

At LEGOLAND® Discovery Center, every day is an opportunity to spark imagination, inspire creativity, and create unforgettable memories for children and their families. We're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Guest Experience Shift Lead to help lead our team in delivering playful, safe, and extraordinary experiences throughout the attraction.

If you're a natural leader who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to be a little silly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of the attraction by supporting our front-line teams, creating magical guest experiences, and ensuring every visit is filled with fun.

Lead the Guest Experience

  • Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Work alongside the team in guest-facing roles, including operating rides, hosting the 4D Cinema, supervising play areas, and supporting attraction operations.
  • Help create a fun, playful atmosphere where smiles are contagious and every guest feels like a VIP.

Support Daily Operations

  • Serve as the Attraction Duty Manager one or more days each week, helping oversee daily operations.
  • Delegate daily assignments and support team members throughout the day.
  • Monitor attraction operations to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Help manage guest flow to provide the best possible experience while maintaining safety standards.

Develop and Inspire Others

  • Train, coach, and support Guest Experience Hosts across all primary operational areas.
  • Help new team members build confidence and deliver service worthy of the LEGO® brand.
  • Maintain training records and operational documentation.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and performance feedback to help team members grow and succeed.
  • Foster a culture built on teamwork, creativity, accountability, and fun.

This is what we do every day. Our 31,000+ awesome colleagues create and play together to spark the imaginations of children and LEGO® fans of all ages, all around the world. Just imagine being part of this – playing with ideas, creating magical experiences, and learning while growing and building your dream career.
