The Global Event Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and consistency of our major events worldwide. By providing strategic oversight, supporting regional teams, and upholding brand standards, this role guarantees that every event reflects our organization’s values and delivers a unified, high-quality experience across all markets.

Having a Global Event Manager is essential for delivering cohesive, impactful events that reinforce our company’s brand and objectives on a global scale.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications.
  • Several years (usually 4+ years) of progressive experience in event management, preferably with exposure to large-scale and international events.
  • Used to manage complex events across multiple regions or countries.
  • Experience in leading and supporting cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in working with multi-national companies
  • Ability to influence others, encourage teamwork, and build strong internal and external relationships – both internally and with agency partners
  • Understanding of our Brand & event strategy


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Event Planning and Strategy

Implement with the global brand experience head the global event strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

Identify event objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure event alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.

  • Event Logistics and Execution

Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, accommodation, and on-site management (in collaboration with the event agency).

Coordinate event setup, registration, and attendee management.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

  • Budget Management

Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Follow and check contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure favorable terms (in collaboration with Commercial)

Monitor expenses and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders.

  • Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination

Source and manage relationships with global vendors, including venues, caterers, audio-visual providers, and logistics companies.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.

Manage contracts

  • Marketing and Promotion

Develop and execute event marketing plans to maximize attendance and engagement.

Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels to promote events globally.

Collaborate with content teams to create event materials, presentations, and collateral.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in event planning and execution.

Provide guidance and support to regional event managers and coordinators.

Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Global Coordination

Manage events across multiple regions, ensuring cultural sensitivity and localization. (travel abroad)

Align global event initiatives with local market needs and company strategy. (Event Community)

Coordinate resources and stakeholders.

  • Agency Management:

Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and agencies to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Team Management

The Event Manager will take on the additional responsibility of managing the internship, ensuring that she receive a structured, engaging, and productive experience aligned with organizational goals.
