As a Vendor Verification Data Specialist, you will collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders, conducting verification calls in French and English to validate critical vendor information. In this role, you will help safeguard our business by supporting compliance processes, reducing fraud risks, and maintaining high-quality master data that enables smooth commercial operations. What will be your key responsibilities?
- Conduct outbound verification (call-back) calls with suppliers in French and English.
- Verify and confirm critical vendor information, including: bank account details, tax identification numbers, company name and legal entity, business and correspondence addresses, contact details (email addresses and phone numbers), payment information and other key master data
- Validate supplier information against internal documentation and company procedures.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate potential fraud or suspicious requests.
- Update and maintain vendor master data in ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance policies, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Master Data, and Compliance teams to resolve data issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of verification activities and communication with suppliers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor onboarding and master data quality.
What are we looking for?
- Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1), both written and spoken, are required; Polish would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work with confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Customer Service, or a similar administrative role is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MDG, Oracle) is an asset.
