UK & Nordics Media Head – Pet Nutrition
Location: Paddington or Waltham + 50% Hybrid Working
Reporting to the EU Deployment Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts across paid and organic media, influencers marketing, content, and product data with the objective of deploying data-focused campaign and plans - ranging from brand awareness through to engagement, conversion, and loyalty. You will work with the regional Media, Digital, Brand, and eCom teams as well as local senior stakeholders in the UK & Nordics to ensure a seamless implementation of integrated brand plans, social and Influencer activities, and product data enrichment across key retailers.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in data-focused comms & omni-channel media planning.
- Team management experience
- Strong understanding of the media landscape in the UK & Nordics, particularly digital
- A passion for pet care would be ideal.
- Senior Stakeholder Management experience in a matrix environment is required.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Accountable for excellent deployment & reporting of the cluster’s integrated brands plans. A key focus will be around accelerating innovation around Retail Media, influencer marketing, Data focused marketing, and Social Commerce.
- Lead relationships with Deployment Teams in our media and content agencies so to guarantee best-in-class execution in the UK & Nordics.
- Be people-obsessed: have a true passion for building effective teams, and developing and attracting talent. Be a Great Coach: Lead, nurture, and develop a team of marketing and digital professionals.
- Build up the most effective relationship with Cluster Leadership, Market Strategy teams, Commercial teams, and local stakeholders in general. This role is a key ambassador of the European Marketing team in the UK & Nordics
