Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven and analytical Senior Media Strategy & Execution Lead to drive strategic media initiatives, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and enhance our brand across the Nordic markets. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team and media agency, ensuring our media efforts align with business goals, boost brand recognition, and drive traffic to our shops. You will also manage and mentor our Media Manager.

ABOUT THE JOB

Your daily tasks will be:

  • Strategic Media Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies across digital, social, TV, radio, print, and outdoor platforms. Ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Media Investment Optimization: Ensure media investment supports the strategic intent to broaden the TUI brand, introducing more products into the markets by leveraging consumer market data, customer base data, and growth segment insights.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends. Apply advanced analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, develop attribution models, and understand the impact of different media channels on customer outcomes. Lead A/B and multivariate testing for continuous optimization.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration of media strategies across all channels, maintaining a consistent brand message and experience for our customers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team and media agency to align and deliver media activities. Represent TUI Nordic in global media projects.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative ideas to enhance TUI Nordic’s media presence. Focus on automation, AI, and scaling media efforts across emerging platforms.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the Nordic media budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that achieve financial and commercial goals.
  • Leadership: Guide and mentor the media team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

  • 7-10 years in media strategy, analytics and execution, with experience on both the client and agency sides and with a strong analytical background
  • Expertise in the Nordic media landscape and managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Metrix Labs tools, Tableau).
  • Proven leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages is desirable.
