Mars is strengthening its Planning Center of Excellence (CoE), the engine that powers our human-centric, digital transformation. We're looking for a Supply Capability Lead to join this dynamic team and help shape the future of our supply chain in Europe.

This isn't just another planning role. You'll be a digital catalyst, a change agent, and a key leader driving the future of our operations.

What are we looking for ?

We're seeking an inspiring leader with a passion for supply chain innovation.

You have:

  • BSc or BA in supply chain management, science and/ or engineering. Master or advanced degree (science or business) preferred.
  • 5- 8 years of supply chain management and planning experience for global or multi-plant CPG/FMCG company Knowledge/ Experience. Certification in Production and Inventory Management will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication in English.

What are your responsibilities?

How You'll Make a Tangible Impact. As the Supply Capability Lead, you'll move beyond theory and into action.

You will:

  • Shape the Strategy: Co-lead the design of our end-to-end supply chain planning strategy.

  • Build the Future: Define ambitious goals and create the roadmap to achieve them, securing alignment with key stakeholders.

  • Drive the Digital Agenda: Take charge of selecting, implementing, and enhancing the tools that will power our E2E collaboration.

  • Innovate and Automate: Lay the groundwork for user-guided process automation (BPA) and standardize processes to create a smarter, more efficient operating model.

  • Monitor and Improve: Keep a pulse on daily execution to identify critical gaps and opportunities for improvement in real-time.

  • Lead the Community: Establish and facilitate a community of practice, bringing experts and decision-makers together to foster innovation and share best practices.

  • Educate and Empower: Create and deliver learning materials to educate leaders, managers, and planners on new, digitally connected ways of working.
