As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently, sustainably, and at the right time. You will be at the heart of our end-to-end supply chain, balancing customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory, and cost to deliver exceptional service while supporting business growth.

This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate with colleagues across Markets, Factories, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing, helping to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Own the Supply Plan

You will develop and maintain the master production and inventory plan for your portfolio, ensuring the right balance between customer service, product freshness, stock levels, capacity, and cost.

In this role, you will:

• Reconcile manufacturing capacity with market demand across short, mid, and long-term planning horizons.
• Create feasible weekly production plans that support agreed service levels.
• Build scenario plans to evaluate the impact of demand changes on service, inventory, and cash performance.
• Own and drive the roadmap for service and inventory performance within your assigned portfolio.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve planning processes and supply chain performance.

Be the Connection Between Markets and Factories

As the central communication point, you will connect commercial and operational teams, ensuring informed decision-making and proactive risk management.

You will:

• Act as the key liaison between Markets and Manufacturing sites when demand or supply constraints arise.
• Resolve supply and demand balancing challenges and escalate critical decisions when needed.
• Support successful product launches and discontinuations in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Identify supply risks early and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are discussed and executed through S&OE and S&OP forums.
• Build strong relationships across the supply chain network to enable collaboration and execution.

Provide Technical Planning Expertise

You will leverage data, systems, and analytical insights to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Develop scenarios to evaluate volume opportunities and risks, making recommendations based on service, inventory, and financial impact.
• Lead root cause analysis of major service failures and ensure actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
• Manage and optimize planning parameters, master data, and system performance.
• Monitor key KPIs such as service levels, inventory health, safety stock, and line utilization.
• Drive continuous improvements toward more automated and touchless planning processes.
• Use planning and reporting tools such as BY/JDA, SAP, Power BI, and QlikView to generate insights and support decision-making.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive planner who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Supply Chain Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Planning, or Logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Understanding of production processes and the importance of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and markets.
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable business results.
• Solid knowledge of MRP II principles, Supply Planning processes, and planning systems such as BY/JDA, SAP, Power BI, and QlikView.
• Experience in other Supply Chain functions such as Demand Planning, Logistics, Activity Management, or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
