Job Description:

SRM Director leads the long-term value creation and category growth (across all cluster markets) through personalized promotion and product mix strategies, supported by advanced data and analytics, integrated into the annual planning process and managed through the S&OP+ cycle.

The primary mission of this role is to define the CE cluster’s strategy on the various SRM levers as the main pillar of value creation, to ensure its implementation as well as its integration within the different cross-functional teams. SRM Director must also ensure to share a clear vision, engage the key stakeholders on this road map, and challenge them when necessary. Must know how to rely on their team to implement this road map.

What are we looking for?

  • Significant experience within a matrixed and international organization.

  • Ability and skill to influence stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.

  • General understanding/knowledge of how a business operates.

  • Both a strategic and operational mindset.

  • Demonstrated experience showcasing advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Proven experience in a pricing-related function.

  • Experience with internal financial principles as well as client financial principles.

  • Experience working with client teams.

  • Experience leading analytical projects and value creation initiatives.

  • Experienced manager capable of leading, motivating, and engaging a diverse team working across different locations – strong people management and inspirational leadership skills.

  • Knowledge of general business management and commercial management skills (business forecasting, financial analysis, P&L management, understanding of the product offering).

  • Develop SRM Tools and Culture within the Organization

  • Lead a Team of 7 Direct Reports
