Statutory Reporting
Prepare and review statutory financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
Ensure timely submission of all statutory reports and filings.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and compliance in financial reporting processes.
Support the enhancement of reporting efficiency through process improvements and automation where possible.
Tax Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and review all corporate tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other required tax filings.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end tax reporting calendar to ensure timely submissions.
Maintain strong working relationships with external tax advisors and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Manage submissions and reporting to global and regional tax teams, ensuring alignment with internal policies and frameworks.
Lead and support all tax audits, including preparation and review of analysis, documentation, reconciliations, and samples.
Audit Management
Serve as the primary contact for statutory auditors and tax advisors during audit cycles.
Provide required documentation, explanations, and support for audit queries.
Ensure audit findings are addressed and remediated promptly.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as liaison between finance, business units, tax advisors, and auditors to ensure seamless information flow.
Partner with internal teams (Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Legal, etc.) to support compliance and reporting accuracy.
Communicate reporting requirements and timelines clearly to all stakeholders.
Governance, Controls & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, tax regulations, and statutory frameworks.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to reporting and tax processes.
Support implementation of new reporting standards or regulatory changes.
Drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of experience in statutory reporting, tax or any relevant field
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any related field.
