SRM Pricing Sr. Manager – PPA & Non FD&C

As the SRM Pricing Senior Manager for PPA & Non FD&C at Mars Wrigley, you will be a pivotal business partner and pricing expert driving strategic pricing initiatives that fuel consumer penetration and category profit growth. You will lead the development and execution of optimized pack-price architectures and product mix plans across brands and channels, ensuring profitable value and volume growth aligned with our business objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams to deliver impactful pricing strategies and recommendations. Your leadership will enhance SRM pricing capabilities and market delivery, positioning Mars Wrigley for continued success in a competitive marketplace.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5-7 years of experience in a blue-chip FMCG or consumer products company

  • Strong analytical background with proven experience in Consumer Sales and Marketing

  • Expertise in price pack architecture strategy and price-value actions for profitable growth

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams

  • Experience managing complex pricing projects and delivering actionable insights

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams

  • Nice to have: Experience with SRM pricing tools and systems, knowledge of trade investment productivity

  • Nice to have: Familiarity with S&OP+ processes and portfolio management

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead Price Pack Architecture initiatives, developing strategic plans and cross-functional support to optimize brand pack-price architecture across key price tiers and channels

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Marketing, Category Management, and Finance to unlock price point opportunities and deliver target margin and mix goals

  • Drive portfolio Net Price Realization and Product Mix plans at channel and key customer levels, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

  • Contribute to the local Pricing Council and integrate pricing recommendations within Annual Operating Plans and S&OP+ cycles

  • Manage price-value actions and execution for Non FD&C initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketplace performance and financial impacts

  • Partner with SRM Trade Architecture and Customer Marketing to ensure net pricing and trade incentive programs support customer and product mix objectives

  • Monitor and assess portfolio pack strategy and pricing performance, providing regular updates to cross-functional leadership teams

  • Champion improved SRM pricing capabilities and market delivery of strategic pricing objectives

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 153,600.00 - USD 211,200.00
