What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or relevant field (or equivalent)
  • 10+ years executive experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a focus on Integration
  • Certified TOGAF architect with Full Solution Lifecycle experience
  • Proficiency in developing domain-related architectures, including Catalogues, Dictionaries, and Data Entities
  • Expertise in SAP technology and integrations, including patterns and archetypes
  • Experience leading Enterprise Architects across application, integration, data, and process domains
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in business transformation
  • Proficient in conveying Architecture using various communication techniques
  • Deep knowledge of Integration patterns and architectural concepts
  • Mastery in managing trade-offs between concept, architecture, and delivery
  • Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills in IT contracts and licenses.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with business segment architecture groups to provide thought leadership on architecture patterns, archetypes and new technology introduction.
  • Provision guidelines, define roadmaps and patterns to promote the adoption of architecture standards.
  • Design and document enterprise architecture blueprints, roadmaps, patterns and archetypes.
  • Identify architectural, technical and security risks, and manage them in collaboration with segments, functions and digital operations groups.
  • Participate and drive the Architecture Community of Practice
  • Enhance skills through continual learning, development plan and keeping abreast of architecture and technology developments.
  • Deep knowledge of integration patterns, architypes, marketplace, deployment strategies and driving efficiency with reuse of APIs and Events
  • Expertise in data domain definition, implementing canonical and common data models, and developing packaged capabilities that will help bring data and integration closer.
  • Drive a product mindset for designing and implementing integrations with a clear product roadmap, product ownership, extension strategy, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement Composable Business concepts to enable segments to be future-ready and support their business growth strategy.
  • Standardize APIs/Events by domains, identity the necessary tools to catalogue them for easy discovery, and drive reusability.
