This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of ‘31st December 2026’. As we move closer to ‘31st December 2026’ we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. DigitalCore Transformation Architect is responsible for supporting cross-segment large SAP S/4 HANA based business transformation programs as a part of the Enterprise Architecture Team. The role combines knowledge of best-in-class SAP & other technologies, existing technologies and architecture, and the changing requirements of business users, to develop a strategic and architectural roadmap. The Enterprise Architect will need to have multiple domain knowledge, including business models, business capabilities, information/data lifecycle management, applications architecture, integration, and technology architectures, and collaborate with security architects.

What are we looking for?

  • MBA degree required

  • 5+ years of professional experience working with SAP S/4

  • Support Cross segment large SAP S/4 HANA based business transformation programs as a part of Enterprise Architecture Team

  • Support SAP functional best practices-based Business Transformation for various segments

  • Ensure Enterprise Architecture principles and guidelines are adopted across lob solutions.

  • Support Clean core discussions and arrive at the best possible design.

  • Work with SAP to understand product Roadmaps and work with internal business Transformation Teams of LOB enhancements.

  • Review and enhance best practices to meet changing business requirements.

  • Work with multiple business process teams and provide relevant solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with SAP, GDO, Enterprise functions and business segments.

  • Work with various SI and BI partners.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Liaise with business segment partners and CIO teams, end users to understand business needs, drivers and priorities.

  • Partner with external vendors and consultants to understand latest technologies

  • Partner with SAP and other external SAP and No-SAP vendors and consultants to understand latest technologies

  • Must have S/4HANA implementation or migration experience (at least 3 end to end projects) with overall SAP experience of 15+ years

  • Good understanding of business processes in SAP in Supply Chain and Finance

  • Can conduct client workshops related to SAP process simplifications in S/4HANA and/or technology/architecture roadmap

  • Good understanding of SAP Technical Assessment Tools like SAP Readiness Check, etc.

  • Detailed understanding of S/4HANA transition options and pros and cons
