The Connected Quality PMO is a newly created role which will play a key part in Mars Snacking Global Quality Management. The role will provide program management for the Connected Quality program and drive progress across the various workstream. Connected Quality is a key transformation initiative to enable a simple, risk-based, digitalized fit for future Quality organization. The role will be accountable for governance and execution of the program workstream to agreed milestones. This role will also lead change management activities and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth deployment of Connected Quality workstreams within the Mars Snacking segment.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in program management in a complex business environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Program, project, and/or change management certification

  • Demonstrated success in the management of complex projects executed by complex, preferably cross-functional, globally dispersed, teams

  • Expert in program management and own the process of providing full detail of the program/project work

  • Strong organizational skills and creative problem solver ​

  • Excellent communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Define, establish & operate key program processes, including program governance & execution, stakeholder management, meeting cadence, workstream reviews and tracking, documentation, risk identification & mitigation and communication to ensure strong integration across all workstreams and interconnectivity with related program and stakeholder forums.

  • Oversee the delivery of the Connected Quality program milestones.

  • Have a holistic view of program workstreams and can articulate progress and escalations, being the voice of the team to program leadership.

  • Lead change management activities associated with Connected Quality workstream deployments within the Mars Snacking segment

  • Work with key stakeholders across global and regional teams to ensure seamless & efficient ways of working and communication.

  • Provide support to the overall Connected Quality program and any other responsibilities as needed.
