Role Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Melbourne, Vic
Hours: Full time, 12-month contract Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition ANZ

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with stakeholders and line managers to define success profiles, core capabilities, and recruitment strategies for senior, middle-level, and non-early talent roles across the Demand and Corporate Functions
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with our Gold Standard signature processes that attract diverse, high-calibre talent aligned with business priorities and organisational culture
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, safeguarding quality, culture and values, diversity, and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with our Senior Strategic Sourcing Lead to build and maintain strong external talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and creative attraction strategies

Your unique ingredients:

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience primarily for senior and middle-level roles within a large, diverse, and fast paced organisation
  • The ability to partner with geographically dispersed hiring managers across a range of business segments, consistently delivering professional, high-touch customer service
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, balancing business urgency with candidate and stakeholder experience
  • A strong grasp of talent market intelligence, with the ability to influence hiring managers through insights, mapping, and data-driven sourcing strategies
  • Expertise in using a range of interviewing techniques and assessment tools, backed by strong diagnostic and decision-making skills and ability to advise
  • Experience in an FMCG, CPG or working across Sales and marketing would be highly regarded!
