Senior Manager Global Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness Intelligence
Job Description
Job Description:
The Senior Manager Global Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness Intelligence is a key member of the Organization Effectiveness and Workforce Planning Center of Excellence (COE). This position plays a critical role in establishing enterprise-wide standards for workforce and org effectiveness metrics and monitoring organizational health.
Operating in a decentralized, multi-business unit organization, you will partner with P&O (people & operations or HR), finance, and business leaders at the enterprise and business-unit level. You will serve as a bridge between the COE, business-units, P&O (HR) technology teams, corporate finance, and commercial teams.
