  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, and Digital Technologies.
  • Navigate complex processes and organizational structures to drive progress and alignment.

Sales Operations Support

  • Support field sales with data, tools, and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve commercial processes.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or a similar role.
  • Experience as a key user or owner of business systems or reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity with data and systems.
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate technical topics into clear business language.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
