What are we looking for?
- Sales Operations Analyst CAM is responsible for supporting sales information needs across all segments and channels in CAM cluster. The role is expected to organize, analyze, report and deliver sales data with the objective of maximizing sales productivity.
- The job holder will be accountable for visibility of GSV performance, as well as key distributor and customer information (sell in, sell out, inventory levels) as input to collaborative forecasting process. Adequate definition and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to improve sales efficiencies and accelerate decision making.
- He/she will also analyze internal and external factors that can impact fulfillment of plans and objectives in the region. The role is also expected to transform data insights into robust recommendations and generate concrete action plans that enhance operational efficiency.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Leverage raw data into actionable insights. Assemble standardized and customized analysis/reports/presentations from multiple data sources (Sell-In, Distributor Sales, Customer POS, etc.) that yield insights and support the development of customer/territory solutions.
- Ensure visibility of Sell Out and Inventory Levels from key distributors in the cluster. Provide analysis to identify trends and insights within sales data to aid in strategic decisions. Develop templates and tools for sales team to facilitate business reviews and forecasting process.
- Develop and maintain retail execution tools, reports and processes to ensure quality of instore execution development.
- Seek ways to deliver continuous improvement in the process to deliver data that leads to action, prevents issues and advances decision making
- Generate close relationships with CAM one demand team and key distributors to understand the needs of the business, seeking to capitalize on opportunities for the development of the organization.
- Act as an integral part of CCA Sales Operations team in the identification of regional needs, solutions and synergies. Play an active role in team engagement and collaboration agenda.
Context and Scope
- The jobholder uses different data sources to generate relevant sales information and recommendations for the CAM (Central America) sales team to develop action plans and fulfill business objectives
- Sales Operations Analyst CAM is expected to leverage on data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc) and make use of advanced formulas, macros and pivot tables.
- Generate in-depth analysis to evaluate performance, track results and identify opportunities in the region
- This role is an individual contributor. It is essential for him/her to develop a close relationship with relevant sales team and distributor contacts to ensure collaboration.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification:
- University diploma/college degree in engineering, statistics, operations, business, marketing or related
- Advanced English (oral and written)
Knowledge/Experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, planning or operations
- Solid organization and planning skills. Results oriented.
- Strong aptitude for numbers and analysis
- Mastery of Excel
- Mastery of Power BI
- Strong communication both written and verbal
