Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Financial Analyst to support regional operations and strategic initiatives. As an individual contributor, this role will play a critical part in delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to enable informed decision-making and drive business performance. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights on revenue trends, budgeting, and variance analysis. This position requires strong expertise in financial modeling, data interpretation, and performance tracking, combined with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of financial acumen, business understanding, and analytical skills, with the capability to influence decisions and contribute to achieving organizational goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Accountabilities:
•Conduct financial analysis on regional performance across multiple dimensions such as growth, target achievement, product mix, and profitability.•Perform trend analysis and provide actionable insights to management based on historical performance, market conditions, and organizational objectives.•Deliver profitability analysis for multi-product or cross-functional opportunities to support strategic decision-making.•Utilize financial tools and models to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement in revenue, cost efficiency, and resource allocation.•Prepare and validate incentive program reports, ensuring accurate payout calculations and alignment with performance metrics to achieve desired ROI.•Provide visibility on operational productivity and highlight opportunities for efficiency improvements in cost-to-serve and resource utilization.•Support budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting processes by delivering accurate financial data and scenario analysis.
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master in finance (CA/ MBA-finance)
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), sales finance, or business partnering.
Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills
Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, MiniTab, SAP-BI/BW, Power BI
