Job Overview
The Sales Student will support the Key Account Management (KAM), Field Sales, and Sales Operations teams in the Nordic markets. The role contributes to driving sales effectiveness and supporting strategic decision-making to achieve sales targets.
What are we looking for?
Essential requirements:
Currently enrolled as a student, preferably with a background or strong interest in sales, marketing, or business. Graduating in 2028 or after.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Familiarity with Power BI and AI-enabled data analysis tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages
Key responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, clean, and maintain sales-related data from internal systems and tools.
Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and dashboards.
Analyze sales performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Assist in forecasting activities and pipeline analysis.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for sales leadership and account teams.
Monitor key sales metrics and help ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Sales Administration & Operations
Support the management of sales documentation, contracts, and customer records.
Assist with the preparation of customer presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Support the organization of sales meetings, business reviews, and team events.
Help manage shared sales tools, trackers, and databases.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and administrative workflows.
Support automation initiatives and the development of standardized templates.
