The Product Owner oversees the product vision and its adaptation to shifting market dynamics and evolving customer needs. Primary responsibilities also include prioritization of features roadmap, validation of business outcomes of products, and monitoring of adoption and value delivered. The Product Owner works in close collaboration with a Digital Product Manager, who is in charge of providing the technical expertise, steering the overall technical delivery of the products and managing the allocation of digital resources across products & features.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of a BA/BS. MBA, advanced degree, or comparable advanced experience a plus

  • Strong track record in digital product management, with a proven ability to steer digital product development from concept to deployment. Recognized for ensuring products meet strategic business goals, market demands, and quality standards

  • Proven expertise in strategic digital product planning and execution, including agile methodologies. Skilled in leading product teams and driving the orchestration, development & deployment of the product within cross-functional teams seamlessly

  • Robust understanding of the Promotion & Trade Terms SRM lever (incl. understanding of the strategic & operational Impacts of price-value decisions, experience in monitoring and analyzing market brand Promotion & Trade Terms)

  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex product information into actionable instructions for the development team & provide clear updates for senior business stakeholders

  • Robust understanding of databases (internal & external), data modelling / visualisation & AI tools for Promotion & Trade Terms

  • Ability to identify opportunities to leverage data / analytics application to create business value, and to identify the most relevant analysis to approach a Promotion & Trade Terms business question

  • In-depth knowledge of top quartile Promotion & Trade Terms digital products
