Franklin, TN

Hybrid (on-site 3 days a week)

The Packaging Graphics Project Lead contributes to our brand-building and growth journey, with the aim to develop next-generation Royal Canin & Eukanuba packaging and brand experiences. This furthers the distinctiveness, relevance and impact of the number one global pet nutrition brand worldwide, delivering our purpose to serve the health of millions of cats and dogs around the world.

Within the framework of ROYAL CANIN’s 2026 packaging roadmap, the Packaging Graphics Project Lead will be responsible for managing packaging & design projects with our graphics agencies to ensure adherence to global graphics processes, labelling regulatory requirements, and marketing delivery expectations

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic and Print Industries or Packaging related field preferred

  • 3+ years professional experience in packaging graphics production, acquired either with the advertiser or one of the operators in the graphic chain (agency, photoengraver, prepress

  • Strong skills in managing deliverables and deadlines for multiple complex projects in parallel is a must.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Customer-oriented, able to focus on the result and stick to the objective.

  • Experience and knowledge of the technical aspects of the graphics workflow (artwork production, reprography, engraving, printing).

  • Attention to detail relating to all aspects of packaging artwork (visual design, text accuracy, master data, technical specifications)

  • Packaging Material and Printing technology knowledge is a plus

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Deliver robust graphics project management for the initiatives under his/her responsibility, accomplish Right First time and on time for artwork/reprofile delivery, while escalating risks when needed.

  • Adhere to Graphics global processes, using the correct systems and tools, follow standard ways of working

  • Coordinate all necessary elements to produce packaging graphics for the initiatives under his/her responsibility.

  • Provide suppliers (agencies/photoengravers/printers) with the elements required to complete the end-to-end graphics workflow.

  • Individual responsibility for checking packaging at the different stages in the graphics workflow (layouts/texts/images/final artwork).

  • Participate in project meetings with key internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Print Technology, R&D).

  • Lead alignment meetings with key suppliers (Artwork, Production, Repro and Translation Agencies, printers).

  • Contribute to continuous process and workflow improvement efforts.
