P2P Specialist - Indirects (f/m/x)

in MGS Commercial

Location: Poznan

* hybrid working *

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact in MGS-CS for queries related to commercial processes.

  • Work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing systems, processes & documentation (within the team as well as across Teams)

  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to deliver daily operations as well as improvement solutions

  • Support Senior Specialists, Team Coordinators & Line Managers in operational scope and projects – when requested

  • Drive commercial processes and take part in team/cross-team projects within operational area

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for process issues and escalations around area of responsibility

  • Track metrics and KPIs as defined in Commercial Service Catalogue

  • Provide compliance with commercial governance process in the areas of responsibility

  • Supports delivering business objectives and strategies within assigned scope

  • Be engaged in additional activities such as Health Wellbeing, volunteering initiatives

Our Requirements:

Education & Professional Qualifications:

  • University degree preferred in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business and Procurement.

  • English and Polish language proficiency.

  • Spanish is nice-to-have.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • Professional experience: at least 1 year of working experience in similar position. procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial/procurement competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organize workload

  • Ability to analyze data and assess information quickly

  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative

Key Functional Competencies & Technical Skills (3-5):

  • SAP/Ariba related knowledge

  • Excel tool (at least the basic knowledge)
