Job Description:
P&O Solutions Analyst for Workday, who will be responsible for understanding business requirements, relaying the solution via case management (ServiceNow), demonstrating the configurations through collaboration with our technical team and audiences, converting data, assisting in testing and trouble shooting.
What are we looking for?
University Degree or equivalent work experience.
2-4 years of professional experience in HR Systems, HRIS, HCM experience.
Functional knowledge of the Workday system is beneficial, but not a must have.
Robust problem-solving skills; knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Work closely with the Solutions Managers and business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful configuration, testing and deployment with required documentation.
Manage the ServiceNow ticketing queue, review for priority, reassign to other team members, intake with customers to understand the problem, design solutions.
Review Workday releases for related features and functionalities to build knowledge and skills to support configuration efforts in conjunction with technical resources.
Develop test cases and data mining/staging, peer review the work of other configurators, align testing processes by developing unit test scripts.
Provide production support for escalated issues and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner.
Build, test, and deploy Workday configuration for the assigned functional areas.
Prepare technical documentation and ability to support testing from development till post-production support.
Proactively engage in the remediation of issues such as code quality, pattern mismatch, and security issues related to the code/configuration.
Build capability in additional areas of WD proactively and train other resources to support Workday configurations as needed.
Act as project manager when required, able to maintain a project plan, create status reports and escalate issues/risks proactively to appropriate team members and leadership.
Engage in the remediation of issues such as code quality, pattern mismatch, and security issues related to the code/configuration.
Ensure P&O data, processes, governance, and system compliance.
