Job Description

As People Data Analyst for Group IT, you will develop, maintain and deliver high-quality HR analytics and reporting solutions within the global Group IT function, translating complex workforce data into actionable insights and visualisations. This role supports data-driven decision-making across the organisation by ensuring accurate, timely and relevant people data is available to key stakeholders.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.

  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.

  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.

  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.

  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll create and maintain HR KPI dashboards covering workforce analytics, ensuring they're accurate, validated, and reflect the latest business requirements to support data-driven decision-making.

  • We'll rely on you to support regular and ad-hoc HR reporting needs, translating stakeholder questions into actionable insights with clear presentation of findings.

  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity for key HR figures is central to this role, with timely delivery of insights to all stakeholders, particularly focusing on our digital hubs.

  • Supporting the automation of HR Reporting & Analytics processes will be part of your remit, including implementing new solutions, simplifying processes, and leveraging AI developments.

  • Your expertise will help evaluate solutions to present key figures effectively, advising stakeholders on finding the right HR analytics approaches.

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential as you'll support interdisciplinary HR analytics initiatives and represent Group IT requirements within the CoE People Analytics.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a background in Data Analytics, Human Resources or a related field with proven experience in HR Analytics, preferably within an international environment.

  • A good understanding of HR metrics, strong analytical thinking skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities you bring to the team.

  • Experience in creating data-driven dashboards to answer business questions demonstrates your ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau is required, with Python coding knowledge being advantageous.

  • Your strong communication skills enable you to present complex information appropriately for different audiences, making data accessible to all stakeholders.

  • Working in a structured, independent way while remaining comfortable with ambiguity comes naturally to you, as does fluent communication in English.

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.
